In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises (Guo Ke Fa Huo〔2016〕No.32), Guidelines for the Administration of the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises (Guo Ke Fa Huo〔2016〕No.195) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration, as well as the Implementation Measures for the Administration of the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai (Hu Ke He〔2021〕No.21), 4,123 eligible enterprises have passed review and are proposed to be recognized as high-tech enterprises.
The recognition of high-tech enterprises follows regulations jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration. Standards are set covering corporate R&D investment, proportion of technical staff, core intellectual property rights and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. Eligible enterprises are granted certification after comprehensive assessment, and a review is conducted every three years to continuously evaluate enterprises’ comprehensive capabilities.
Shanghai SRE POWER Electrical Co., Ltd. was first certified as a National High-tech Enterprise in 2019. Up to now, the company has successfully passed the re-evaluation twice in a row, fully demonstrating stable and robust innovative development resilience.
